Cable granulator TURBOFLEX are equipped with a cell refiner downstream of the blade shredder, and are available in 2 models with throughputs ranging from 170 to 350 kg/h. The presence of the turbocell refiner makes it possible to process small-diameter cables (including telephone, data and capillary cables) without having to modify the sorting grid or carry out costly manual separation of the material to be processed.

Cable granulator Turboflex can be fitted with a Zig-Zag system for rigid cable separation. Particularly robust and reliable, they can process copper and aluminum cables, as well as copper-aluminum radiators, thanks to their robust shredders with 3 rotating blades. All shredders installed in TURBOFLEX granulators are made from a single block of steel, with no welded parts. Generously dimensioned motors overcome unexpected stresses, guaranteeing smooth operation and extremely low energy consumption.

Cable granulator TURBOFLEX machines do not require forced cooling systems, thanks to the generous dimensioning of all process components, conveying pipes and material dosing cyclones.

Cable granulator TURBOFLEX can be connected to PS or CRS Series pre-grinding machines by means of an NST Series conveyor to form a complete recycling plant.
