Description: Pre-crusher, Single Shaft Industrial Shredder MFS series are extremely versatile machines that allow to control the size of the output material thanks to the presence of the sorting grid; however, the MFS can also operate without grid for roughing activities. Pre-crusher, Single Shaft Industrial Shredder MFS can therefore be used either as primary shredders for an initial reduction of the material (reinforced copper and aluminium cables, with the presence of ferrous parts, vehicle tyres, used electrical and electronic equipment, vehicle parts, etc.) or for the further refining of already processed materials to be recovered (shredding waste, ASR – car scrap – Zurik – Zorba). The transmission, thanks to a well-dimensioned flywheel, allows to obtain high torque values and cutting capacities, even in the hardest materials. The cutting chamber is easily accessible thanks to a hydraulic opening system (both from the loading hopper and from the grid support) for the adjustment and maintenance of the blades. A safety system prevents damage to the rotor in the event of overload. The robust construction, the total weight of the machine and the use of high-quality materials guarantee reliability, ease of use and low operating and maintenance costs.
