Multiple mixed-metal separation tables are the natural evolution of double-outlet densitometric tables. The system comprises a minimum of 4 outlets and a maximum of 8 outlets. Multiple tables enable the separation of highly complex materials, such as WEEE electronic scrap and WEEE recycling from the demolition of end-of-life vehicles. Multiple densitometric tables typically operate downstream of fine material granulation systems such as blade mills with throughputs below 5 mm, delaminating turbines or similar systems. Densitometric tables can be loaded with mechanical conveying systems (conveyor belts, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems). Several separation tables can be manufactured in different sizes to suit the end-user's operational requirements. Multi-outlet dry separation systems are controlled by an inverter which allows you to adjust the vibration speed to improve the quality of the output material; similarly, the table inclination can be easily adjusted within a range of around 10°.
