Description : Copper cable crusher of the FLEXI series is available in 2 models with flow rates from 100 to 250 kg/h. Copper shredders are particularly robust and reliable, they allow the processing of copper and aluminium cables and copper-aluminium radiators thanks to the robust shredders with three rotating blades. FLEXI copper cable shredders are obtained from the transformation of a single block of steel without welded parts. The correctly dimensioned motors allow to overcome unexpected stresses, ensuring uniformity of operation and extremely low energy consumption, also thanks to the high-performance trapezoidal belts. The special feature of the Stokkermill FLEXI shredders is that they are prepared for the subsequent installation of the TURBO refining device in order to increase their production capacity. FLEXI copper shredders can be connected to the PS series pre-crushing machines by means of a NST series conveyor to create a complete recycling plant.
